Cursor

About 1 minute · MegaMCPs has not checked this client yet

  1. Click Add to Cursor, or add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (.cursor/mcp.json for one project):
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "megamcps": {
          "url": "https://mcp.megamcps.com/mcp"
        }
      }
    }
  2. Open Customize in Cursor's sidebar (older versions: Cursor Settings → Tools & Integrations), find megamcps and click its login button (Needs login). Your browser opens MegaMCPs: check the account and click Allow.
  3. Ask the agent to use one of your services, for example “List my open pull requests”.

Good to know

  • These apps limit how many tools they load. Turn on fewer services, or wait for per-client tool selection.
  • Cursor sends about 40 tools to the model, across all its servers.
  • A single service can be over the limit: Google Workspace alone has 121 tools.

If it doesn't work

  • Open the Output panel with Ctrl+Shift+U (Cmd+Shift+U on a Mac), then choose MCP Logs: it shows what Cursor saw.
  • Sign-in fails with invalid_client? Remove the server from the app and add it again.
New to MegaMCPs?

Create an account and connect a service first. Onboarding then shows this guide beside a live check that turns green at your client's first tool call.
